3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or orders above a certain amount.


4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. DELIVERY DELAYS
Terra @ Tide is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.


6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect information, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
